Yes. Ibuleve does not contain any products of animal origin and
it has not been tested on animals.
The patient information leaflet for Ibuleve Gel advises that
users should speak to their doctor if their symptoms worsen or continue for more
than a few weeks.
In the case of oral painkillers containing aspirin or other
NSAIDs* (e.g. ibuprofen, naproxen, diclofenac, piroxicam, celecoxib, and others),
taking these while using Ibuleve may increase the risk of side effects occurring.
If you would like to take ibuprofen both orally and topically at
the same time, consult your pharmacist or GP.
Ibuleve is licensed for use by adults and children over 12 years
of age. It should not be used by children under 12 years except on the advice of a
doctor.
